Too much fruit?
I love fruit. Who doesn’t? I eat it as a snack or with my meals. It’s such an easy thing for on-the-go. However, I think I’m eating too much. I do balance it out with eating the same amount of vegetables but I’m afraid of the sugar in the fruit. Could it have any bad side effects?
